All customers
must create a NEW USERNAME AND PASSWORD login for the new software. Your old
username and password will not work. You will need your account number and
phone number to verify your existing sewer account. Once that is completed, you
can create a new username and password. If it does not work, call in, and we
will verify your account information. Mostly we do not have your phone number
attached to your account, so the system can’t verify the account in order for
you to set it up. (There is a video on
the Wayne County Environmental Services Website that shows the process if you
need assistance.)
Be sure to
include your email address. Check the boxes "statements and informational
messages" under email, so you receive your e-bill and any important
announcements via email. You can also UNCHECK the "statement and
delinquency" options under printed if you DO NOT want to have a paper copy
mailed to your house. This saves the sewer department on postage and
printing, which in turn helps to keep costs down!
